Cancellation Policy:

 

Moon Boutique Salon is grateful for your business and would like to kindly ask you to respect our scheduling policies. We offer the courtesy of email reminders upon booking and 48 hours prior to the day of your appointment. We understand that things come up and rescheduling may be necessary but please do let us know as soon as you can either by phone or through your online booking app. A 24-hour notice is required in order to avoid cancellation fees.

 

If you miss an appointment with no notification, we charge 100% of the service total.

 

If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay 50% of appointment fees.
